I used WikiMapia a while ago to add a satellite image to the Philadelphia Cafe website that I manage. It was incredibly simple to do. It may be this simplicity that has contributed to the site reaching it’s 1 million mark in only around 3 months. Steve Rubel of Micropersuasion also notes that there is great interest for the service in South East Asia.
